Mr. Zulagai joined Harbel College in June 2016. As Librarian, Mr. Zulagai is responsible to develop and Manage policies for the collection of books and Journals [both paper and Electronic ], as well as establish and Maintain effective working relationship with students of Harbel COllege; Contribute to academic course development liaising with the academic department, to deliver information and digital literacy sessions to staff and students; deal with budgets in relation to allocated subject areas / department and in some cases, purchasing resources; Liaise with Library colleagues on Campuses; Maintain relationships with external bodies, Suppliers.
